Till forty years ago a healthy lifestyle was normal. So what is a healthy lifestyle? It is a lifestyle that requires healthy living, and natural food. That used to mean eating the food provided by nature. Slim healthy lifestyles were taken for granted by at least 90% of the population. Dieting and counting calories was only for sick people. Like those who suffered from a Thyroid Condition or Diabetes.

Today, healthy living means being overweight. A healthy lifestyle means eating a diet of 60% manufactured processed food. The question is: What does our body accept as genuine healthy food? Because if it is not good for our body. How can it be healthy for us?

We eat way too much of it. We can’t help it, because we are addicted to it. The human body does not adapt to a lifestyle based on processed food. Least of all artificial food that rolls off a factory assembly line. Our body was designed for natural food. That means food created by nature.

Artificial foods are products created by multi -national corporations. The people in charge of these organizations, not only base their business on our addiction. They created it! But our body will always adapt right? Our body will never adapt – it evolves. Human evolution takes eons. Not a few decades.

Did the food industry know their products would gradually replace the natural food in our stores and supermarkets? Did they imagine it would cause food addiction? Probably not. But by now, they have had forty years to study the changing lifestyles of their customers. they have watched healthy people become fat, unhealthy and addicted. They have seen a profession based on dieting appear as if from nowhere. They have reaped massive benefits from their addictive products. So either way, they certainly know it now.

They fully expect you will pass your addiction to your children. Your parents probably did the same. The industry relies on the next generation for their future growth. You are an addict, so they can depend on you. I have learned that our once healthy lifestyle was sabotaged. To learn who ruined everybody’s healthy living. We once had a healthy lifestyle

But around forty years ago, we abandoned it and settled for a lifestyle that needed to be explained by an ‘expert’. We soon lost our valuable connection to our own body. We stopped being healthy peopleand abandoned what, for generations, had been our natural food. Nine years ago, after a twenty year struggle with my own weight. I decided to make it my mission to find out why. One of the things I learned is that not only is healthy living no longer normal. We are not eating the right healthy food.

We are encouraged to accept a lifestyle, that’s based on processed food. These types of food are addictive. They damage our metabolism and digestive system. They have caused a food addiction. On average 60% of the food we eat is manufactured, processed food. It is not natural food and it’s highly addictive. Our body has simply not evolved to process artificial food. It’s unlikely it ever will.

Breakfast cereal is not the breakfast that’ll give kids the energy they need for school. It is a processed food and therefore not a natural food. In the past, the best breakfast were proteins like bacon and eggs. Today, it is a box of sweet breakfast cereal or snack foods. They do not give us energy. They merely provide the fuel. To get energy we need the right healthy food. That means lots of protein.

Body fat is made by our body, from the carbs we eat.

Losing body fat is not about eating healthy and avoiding fat. It’s about eating excess carbohydrates. We get the excess because we lack the protein we need to build enough energy. Our body has no capacity to store excess carbohydrates. It’s forced to convert it to body fat. That’s why; the more processed food we eat the fatter we get. Instead of avoiding fat food. We should be avoiding processed food.

This is very important for you to know: Your body has not evolved to understand diets. It assumes you are in a famine. That means, when you lose weight by dieting. Your body is programmed by nature to recover every ounce of fat you lose. It’ll add a little extra each time to protect you against the next famine. That’s nature!
