It’s true. We are not tolerant of obesity or food addiction. We see it as a sign of weakness. So let me give you a current statistic that might wake you up: It is estimated that by 2030, 86% of the population will be obese. On these statistics, we are heading for extinction. Despite your disdain, the odds are that you’ll be one of the 86%. And remember, it won’t stop there. It is in everyone’s interest to stop naval gazing about food addiction and start focusing on the cure.
They say forewarned is forearmed. When you know the facts, you can make a plan. You can cure yourself and your family from food addiction. That will mean no more daily sugar cravings, or food binges. No more dieting, counting calories or frantic workouts at the gym. No more fear of obesity and diabetes type2. You will be slim and healthy and as long as you eat the food your body is designed to process. You’ll never have to worry about your weight again.
