Forty years ago. It was still normal to be lean and healthy. Diets were for sick people. Or silly people. But then we changed our diet. Actually, we didn’t just change it. We reversed it. But our body does not adapt. It evolves. Evolution takes eons. Not a few decades. Should our body ever adjust. To accept fake, human made foods. And that’s highly unlikely. It would take countless centuries. For it to happen. So through false information. And coercion. We have been led into an addiction. To human-made, processed foods. Our body is designed for natural foods. It should surprise no one. That processed foods have led to food addiction. But why is everybody getting fat? Food addiction causes food cravings. And binge eating. It makes us eat more food. Because we are addicted to processed foods. Those are the foods we crave. This leads us to eat ever more volumes. Of the addictive food. So we begin to get fat. Our cravings get more frequent and we get even fatter. The more processed food we eat the fatter we get. Soon we face some deadly risks. Diabetes type 2. did not exist before food addiction. neither did Morbid Obesity. In the same period. We have seen a big increase. In heart disease, colon and bowel cancer.
What are junk food facts?
To protect ourselves. We need to understand. How the body works. With the food we eat. What is it that makes us fat? The most important thing our body provides us. Is energy. Our energy comes from protein foods. But to use the energy. We need fuel. Our body’s favorite fuel is carbohydrates. Before the introduction of processed foods. Our body was always well supplied with fuel. Through the natural carbohydrates. As provided by nature. The sudden introduction of huge amounts of processed foods. Meant our body was producing much more glucose. Than we could burn. Our body can’t store glucose. It’s forced to convert it to fat. Unlike the fat we eat. This is the type of fat. That makes us fat. It settles on our belly, hips and thighs. It clog our arteries. And nestles around our vital organs. It is dangerous. It doesn’t just make us obese. It slowly kills us. Think about it! The more processed foods we eat. The fatter we get.
Junk food facts are important only if we are addicted to food!
For all intent and purpose. The food industry is the purveyor of food addiction. They not only promote food addiction, they have created it. They want us all to get addicted. They then expect us to pass the addiction to our children and that’s pretty much what happens. Because our children eat what we eat.
Most food addicts do not believe they are addicted to food. Even when they do, they imagine it is a harmless, benign addiction. So let’s examine some of the symptoms: Obesity, food cravings, binges, hunger pains, withdrawals, fatigue, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, allergies,headaches and other pains. Look at them carefully. You will notice they bear a remarkable resemblance. To the symptoms suffered by Drug, alcohol and tobacco addicts.
