We also choose a healthy lifestyle. We please our own body. That affects our life, our destiny and the future of our children, in a positive way. That is not a small thing. If we want to be smart, slim and quick witted people. Well into middle age and beyond. We better make sure we give our body the right types of food from the start.
That’s not as simple as it sounds. Right now, at least 60% of people are eating the wrong food. They do that fully believing that it’s the right food. The foods that do get attention, are those promoted and sold by be the vast food corporations. They produce ‘foods’ not for the benefit of consumers. But for the greatest returns to shareholders.
They know they have a clear path to ever more lucrative profits. That’s because they can depend on our food addiction to keep them in business. They even rely on their addicts to pass the addiction along to the next generation. They have had forty years to train the public.

The diet widely recommended today, has very little to do with high protein foods. Our health and the well-being of our body. It has everything to do with the food industry and their bottom line. We are up against a mountain of misinformation. On the internet, in the media and TV advertising. It is not illegal to produce unhealthy, even dangerous food. As long as it clearly represented as a “food”
That’s how we can be urged to eat unnatural, processed foods. Filled with unknown chemicals, preservatives, colorants, salts, sugars and trans fats. Not surprisingly, this has caused a food addiction that already affects 60% of the population.
