So what does a low carb diet do?
A low carb diet. Is a much touted solution to better health. But it is not the answer to carb addiction. It is basically a ruse. Promoted by the food industry. It took the heat off the industry for a while. When they came under pressure. particularly about sugar. It’s sounds useful. And it takes the focus off the real problem. – Food addiction. A low carb diet. Is a cure for food addiction. Like a low tar cigarette. Is a cure for cigarette addiction.
Food addicts are constantly hungry. They suffer uncontrollable food cravings. The food cravings are triggered by very specific foods. We call them processed foods. They are carbohydrates. That’s why people call it carbohydrate addiction. But it gives a disjointed picture. Not all carbohydrates cause addiction. Food addiction is caused only by processed carbohydrates. These are fake foods. Engineered and produced. In factories or processing mills. Around the globe.
Low carb diet for life!
That alone, tells us they are not genuine foods. Natural carbohydrates on the other hand. Have been a part of our diet. Since human’s began to hunt and gather. We need to understand. That human beings are not designed to adapt. We are part of natures evolution. As we evolved. We evolved with a diet provided by nature. It was suited to our digestive system. We may look different on the outside. But our body has not changed. Or evolved. Since our ancestors left Africa 70,000 years ago. We are forcing our body. To process foods it was never meant to digest.
The result has been an obesity epidemic. A new disease called diabetes type 2. And a big increase in heart disease, colon and bowel cancer. By forcing our will on our own body. With foods it does not understand. We cause our own food addiction. We have challenged nature in many ways. And we always lose. Here is a challenge that involves our own physical health. And the future of our children. When are we going to learn?
Right now, more than 60% of the population is affected. Statistics predict that by 2030, 86% of people will be obese. Is this something we are prepared to accept? Food addiction is not something we have cause ourselves. It is knowingly and aggressively caused by the manufactured food industry. Through manipulation and deception, they have manage to pass off their addictive products as healthy foods.
If you have any doubt that food addiction is as real as cocaine, alcohol and tobacco addiction. Listen to someone who is going through it, and trying to fight it.

The human body’s digestive system is not something we can fool around with and change to suit our fancy. it is an instrument, evolved by nature to suit the foods that nature created. If you believe you have and addiction, it’s time to make a plan. Unintentionally, you’ll probably pass on your addiction to others. particularly if you have kids.
