Saturated Fat!

Saturated fat has been demonized.

For forty years, we have been lied to. Saturated fat is not the enemy.  The people we trusted to protect our health and welfare.  Lied to us. They chose to serve the food industry instead.

Eating fat is good for you: Doctors change their minds after 40 years … http://www.express.co.uk Tue, 22 Oct 2013 23:00:00 GMT He said saturated fat has been demonised since the 1970s when a landmark study found a link between coronary heart disease and total cholesterol, which correlated with the percentage of calories provided by saturated fat. https://plus.google.com 10/25/2013 14:20 Removing saturated fats from diets has made heart disease risk higher, not lower: U.K. cardiology expert http://natpo.st/Hhn20z

Forty years ago, people were bullied and coerced and driven right into a food addiction.  How?  A world-wide media scare campaign forced millions to get their cholesterol tested.  Most proved to have high cholesterol.  Their only solution offered was to abandon our traditional diet. And exchange it for a new modern diet. A diet based on fake processed foods.

The new diet had a lot of support. It had a legion of self proclaimed diet experts.  They were prepared to don a white coat to promote it.  To top it off. We had to contend with a huge media scare campaign. It frightened people enough to get tested.   Self-appointed experts. In professional white coats. Were there, ready to help. They had a cure for high cholesterol.  It was a new modern diet.  It became known as the food pyramid.  It was the result of an exact reversal of our traditional diet. It was the only way to create something completely new.  They did not hesitate to call it a cure for high cholesterol.  Particularly when neither science or medicine. Seemed to mind.

People assumed a diet created by ‘diet experts’. Was backed by science. So they believed them. This was the 1970’s. When processed foods consisted of a couple of cereal companies.  Our diet was still based on our traditional foods. And almost all our food was natural.  It was believable that new processed foods. A new scientific way to eat.

The new diet contained 60% of manufactured, processed foods.  it had very little protein. A lot of sweet fruit. Frsh or in drinks. And some vegetables.  Today, after just forty years. The food industry has become a world-wide mega industry. A conglomerate of corporations. Like nothing we have ever seen before.  This is an industry that depends on the sale of highly addictive products.  Their customers soon become addicts.   There is only one other industry to compare it with.  The tobacco industry.  But that’s a mere baby in comparison.

There is no more profitable business. Than one that’s founded on a legal addiction.  The food industry does not get told by governments. They tell governments.  That are not fettered by laws and regulations.  That can inhibit their spread of the addiction.  They are the envy of every drug cartel in the world.

More than 60% of people are already obese.  This will reach 86% by 2030.  At this rate we will be extinct by the end of the century.

Banning saturated fat was typical bad science.  It was very 1970’s.  So it was quickly accepted and enshrined as dogma.  The seventies was a good time for people but a very bad time for our body.  Experiments in everything became extreme.  Everyone seemed to be an expert on something.  Facts were a mere irritating, that got in the of our ‘modern new ways’. Pseudo science was given as much credence, if not more than real science.  It got so bad that Scientists became the baddies.  they were demonized in the press and in movies and books.   They still haven’t fully recovered.

Dr. Malhotra, a specialist at Croydon University Hospital tells The Independent that cutting sugar out of our diets is more important than monitoring saturated fats. He notes that the food industry has profited off the stigma of saturated fats by offering “low-fat” foods that are often packed full of added sugar for taste purposes. Read more at http://www.inquisitr.com/1005085/saturated-fats-and-heart-disease-not-linked/#WT0cMoiftR4eWahc.99 The food industry is hell bent on eliminating every bit of natural, healthy food.  The  want to replace it with an artificial, generically modified substitutes they can control.  Taking into account, the fact that their products are highly addictive.  This paints a  Draconian  picture of the future of humankind.

I know, it’s hard to believe.  But take a quick look inside your local supermarket. Processed foods of all kinds fill more than 60% of the space.  We are watching our natural food being squeezed out the door.  Even fresh produce is now being engineered and processed. It has taken 40 years, but doctors are finally waking and science is actually looking at the food we eat.  The trouble is, it will take another forty years to put things right. This worldwide problem is too great for anyone to see a solution.  But as always, there is another way.  We still have have fresh natural food available.  if we create and build a demand, maybe we can keep it from disappearing.  The fact is, we select the food  that comes into our homes. In other words, we can still stop this at our front door.  But if we are addicted, this becomes a difficult thing to do.  So my advice is: Cure your food addiction.  Once it is gone, so are your food cravings, hunger pains and your weight problems.  Understanding food addiction and  saturated fat is a small effort for a huge gain.   To learn how, visit the page below:
